"Ended Up Feeling Good About It"
I had an issue with my pet tag order at first, which was a little frustrating, but support did get back to me and helped sort everything out. It took a bit longer than I expected, but in the end it was handled properly. My gut feeling is they’re a decent company that just had a small hiccup, and everything’s good now.

"Got it done, but the site could be smoother"
I just renewed my pet license on the website recently, it was fine but not as easy as I expected. The biggest thing I remember is spending more time than I should have trying to figure out where to actually renew it. On my phone, a few pages felt crowded, and the checkout steps weren’t super clear. I did get it finished in the end, so it works, but based on my most recent experience, it could definitely be a lot more straightforward.

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
I ordered my dog’s tag from Docupet and figured it would probably take a couple of weeks, or at least something close to that. But somehow it showed up in just a few days, which was a really nice surprise. The shipping was super quick, everything seemed packed totally fine, and I didn’t run into any issues at all. Sure I’d order from them again based on how smooth this was.

I used to have pet paperwork scattered everywhere like an idiot, but now it’s all online in one place. Super easy to find what I need, and I don’t have to deal with that annoying paper mess anymore

"Prices seemed okay, but the fees and lack of follow-up were frustrating"
At first, the prices looked reasonable, but once all the extra fees started getting added on, it felt a lot less like a good deal. What bothered me even more was that nobody followed up afterward. I was left wondering what was going on and had to keep checking in myself, which was frustrating.

I used it on my phone it was smooth. Everything fit the screen nicely, so I didn’t have to keep pinching or zooming in just to read or tap things. That alone made it feel way more user-friendly than a lot of other sites I’ve tried.

Payment went through fine in the end, but the checkout process felt kind of clunky and slower than I expected. As someone who shops online often, I’m used to this part being quick, so having to recheck my info twice was a little annoying.

I got my dog’s license through DocuPet, and it felt a little better than some of the other pet tag/license services I’ve used before. The process was simple, the tag showed up just fine, and I really like knowing that part of the money goes back to animal welfare. I signed up on Docupet to get my dog’s tag and it was easy, everything was clear and I didn’t feel like they were asking for a bunch of random extra info or anything, just the stuff they actually needed, and I was able to find the account settings and privacy options without digging around too much so overall I feel fine trusting them with my details for now and haven’t had any issues.

I signed up and then realized I didn’t really need it, so I tried to cancel. The refund policy ended up being a lot stricter than I thought, and it wasn’t super obvious to me until after the fact. Customer support was decent enough, but I still paid more than I expected, which was frustrating. A friend had actually recommended the site to me, so I was hoping for a smoother experience. It’s not terrible, just something to watch out for if there’s any chance you might need to cancel.

I used DocuPet to renew my dog’s license i was expecting to need clearer instructions or have to click around a bunch to figure it out. But the process was straightforward. Each step made sense, it only took a few minutes, and the confirmation showed up right away. Definitely way less annoying than I thought it would be.

"Worked fine, but the emails could be clearer"
I used Docupet and overall it worked okay for what I needed. The only thing that tripped me up a bit was the emails. A few of them were kind of confusing, and I found myself rereading them to figure out what I was supposed to do next. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did slow things down a little.
